I use to absolutely love this smoke shop, but as of recent it has gone down hill, prices are never the same and they always overcharge when the guy is there. Today I was told one flavor of the brand of cigar I get is $1.40, when all the other flavors of the same brand are $1.07, and normally the flavor is $1.07, but the price for that flavor changed today 🤔 make that make sense. I'm truly disappointed. Bring back the better employees cause this dude's horrible.

The cutie with gauges is the best! Very helpful and polite.. He always make a point to say welcome back. I've been coming here for a couple of years and he is by far my favorite this far.. keep up the good work!!

I'm in the store 2 to 3 times a week and Jay with the dreads is always so nice and ready to assist. I put off buying stuff at other locations so I can come into this store. Thanks for the great service.

Usually my visits are quick painless and affordable. This most recent time I went in, and its. Differed person from usual, so I ask if I could get the item I always buy there she flat out said "No we don't have those". So I asked "you did use to sl them right?" And she says yes me sell them we are just out. That simple why complicate it and provide potential misinformation thus causing client el like new people and the regulars to go elsewhere ultimately hurting your business just sayin

The only reason why I go here is because Michelle is amazing she treats everybody well she treats everybody with respect from the time that you walked in from the time that you leave you feel the ora with her she has respectful manners she put customers first the other people that used to work there we have always been rude they don't know how to speak to nobody they don't know how to treat nobody unless you are their race which is Indian if Michelle will not be working there no longer you guys will no longer get any any one of our businesses ever again and this is....peaches and lemar
