This is the 2nd time I have bought from this smoke shop. Both times the owner was passive and rude. Both times I had to return my items because they were broken. Then why I had to return them he got defensive saying he can’t return the batteries base I opened them … sir how else would I know if they where broken if I didn’t open them ?! The second time the battery was missing the magnet then he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me the magnetic that wasn’t in the box and not charging me $6. He said he couldn’t return it cause he MADE my husband smoke using the battery and when I said I don’t want it he said no returns cause he used it … just don’t go here

The owner asked me to open and try the vape right I'm front of him. I did and told him it was super harsh and burning my throat. I DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE STORE AND ASKED HIM TO EXCHANGE IT. He refused so I just ended up throwing the vape and my money in the trash.

Great deals , excellent customer service found a lucky charm

For some reason on their website it says they're open right now at 8 but when I showed up they seem to still be closed, don't get me wrong this is one of the best smoke shops that I've ever gone to they have great deals and prices on Vapes and they have extremely friendly customer service and they do their job very diligently I'm just sad that they're not accurate with their time of when they are open
