I've been coming here for over 10 years, and I've honestly never had a bad experience. Reading some of the one-star reviews surprised me because my experience has been completely different. I've always been treated with respect, and I think respect goes both ways. Everyone here has always been professional, patient, kind, and willing to help. After a decade of shopping here, I can confidently say they've earned my loyalty and this 5-star review. Great selection, fair prices, and an awesome staff. Been a loyal customer for a decade. Amazing employees and selection. This store easily doubles other smoke shops as far as inventory. EASILY. The owner obviously puts a lot of time, effort and care into his craft. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Now they have a loyalty program, making things better for us customers. I would recommend this place over any other, as I always have.
