Found this place after other locations didn’t have the size I needed. I’m so glad I did because this guy is so cool and helpful. I’ve never had such an easy and hassle free rental in my life. And he didn’t try to upsell me on other products or services which was really refreshing. I even needed to keep the truck an extra day and I called him and he said no problem. I highly recommend getting your truck rental here, you will not find anywhere better. And they have a huge selection to choose from. Need a truck rental? Don’t waste your time anywhere else, EZ Smokes is the place to go. The truck was a newer model that was well maintained, clean and easy to drive. . It ran great and I had no worries about breaking down. UPDATE: Well, my move ended up taking much longer than I anticipated. After keeping the truck an extra day, we ended up keeping it another 2 days! I communicated with the owner everyday to keep him informed and he had no problem with letting us keep the truck. And he was so awesome to not charge us ridiculous extra fees as most other places would surely do. He just charged us the standard days rental with no penalty or trying to gouge us like most other locations would. Thank you EZ Smokes for making our stressful move a little easier by being so friendly and not robbing us of our money as most others usually do! This is by far the best U-Haul rental facility in Las Vegas Vegas!

Uhaul rental was super easy and very efficient. No wasted time and he seems super happy to help. Awesome experience on a stressful day.

I used this location for U-Haul rental. This is BY FAR the best experience I have had with a U-haul company. The customer service was above and beyond. I don’t leave many reviews but Bobby went the extra mile in every way to provide customer service and do everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend

Amazing customer service!! So glad I ended up renting my uhaul here. Super helpful and friendly. Great selection of supplies too.

I found this little gem after canceling a reservation at another U-Haul location due to the fact that the GM was a complete DB. At first I was confused because of the name of the shop, but Bobby went above and beyond with his customer service. When I went into the shop, he was the only one there, but he gave attention to all three of us customers that were waiting in line. The process was fast and easy and even though there were two other customers before me, I was out the door with the truck within 20 minutes…and I got there as it opened. I will be telling others to come to this location for not only their moving needs, but for the other items that this location offers. I wish the best for Bobby and this shop.
