This place does not care for their customers and only wishes to make money, last time I came literally about a week ago, attendant helping me told me to take coupon for next time I come, I come back and now they tell me a coupon is super old that is no good, when I was literally here only a week ago, they didn’t want to enable coupon for me, and told me I was already getting a deal anyway, very disappointing, if I would’ve known this I would’ve gone somewhere else from the beginning

This little tweek stop is garbage. The guy working the shop kept trying to hustle me. Then I buy a pipe. I tell him I need one because the one I'm using has cracks. And he sells me this pipe pushing it on me. I buy because it's one of the cheaper ones he showed me. When I get home I noticed the pipe had a huge crack on it. And he doesn't want to give my money back, or exchange it. Good thing there's smoke shops all over the place. Just need to go to one outside of the neighborhood, shop at certain ones because I'm sure some of these are connected. This idiot thinks he hustled me but he lost a costumer I would of kept going back. I live right around the corner... I'm sure you don't mind though. Dealing that stuff you must make more than enough I'm sure.

Way over priced for low quality merchandise. Awful customer service too Sony was no help.

Hours listed are not right, drove all the way over to the shop to find it closed and not opening for another hour. Not a great way to start a morning, please fix .

I broke my glass stem, and the clerk gave me a new free one anyway. Great shop, great customer service. Best in town
