Had a great time at the location but the food is HORRIBLE and NOT COMPLIANT. I ordered two orders of wings and they weRE completely RAW. I didn’t even want to even leave a review but since no one has responded to my calls or messages, I had to. I do not understand why I even waited AN HOUR FOR RAW CHICKEN. I would like a complete refund.

What a way to have VIP status Nice location. Easy going bar and roomy space. The colors was very nice and music was greatly selected. The drinks and food had a great taste. The Wings was delicious. The plates are very filing. The server was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Not to sure if it just my luck but this place was it. Enjoyable for friends, family couples, locals and tourists.

Elevate is a really fun spot with culture and can be anything from relaxing and somewhere I can get work done in the day time to a lively party at night. Highly recommend

Never been to this establishment before, and it was a busy weekend in Vegas. The staff initially said they weren’t letting anyone in for a few minutes, which was fine — but then claimed that entry required buying a section. When we asked about pricing, no one seemed to know and kept giving us the runaround. The security lady was extremely rude, even mocking a gentleman who was trying to buy a section. Her attitude was very passive-aggressive and unprofessional. Absolutely no hospitality — not the Vegas experience you’d expect at all .

A group of friends and I went to Elevate to celebrate a friend’s Master’s degree. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, we observed groups of individuals leaving the establishment while we were still being denied entry. After another 10 minutes, the situation persisted, with people leaving but no one being admitted. Complaints arose regarding the club’s emptiness, with individuals suggesting that the presence of people outside was used to create a false impression of crowds. This tactic not only demonstrates rudeness but also misleads patrons. I went under the ropes to understand why the club had people waiting outside, when clearly it wasn’t over occupancy. This is when the owner denied me entry and said I wasn’t allowed to come in. Accused me of trying to sneak in, as if I would leave my friends behind to get into a club! I was simply trying to figure out the hold up! I will refrain from patronizing this establishment and advise others to do the same. The owner’s management appears to lack the necessary business sense!!
