Very disappointing experience. We ordered Blue Mist and Double Apple, but both flavors tasted burnt and weak. The hookah was not prepared properly, and the pots did not seem clean as old flavors were still noticeable. The service was also poor. We had a much better experience during previous visits. Hope the management improves the quality and service.

I wish there were 6 stars because this place deserves it. It has it all! The visuals, the vibes & the vittles. I met the owner & she's the reason this place is out of this world! If you haven't been, you have to go.

Really disappointed with our visit to Sky Cafe Lounge. We should have walked out when the waiter brought our food out still frozen. The service was horrible, and the place was filthy — sticky floors and wet chairs. To add insult to injury, when we went to smoke the hookah, the plastic tip was wet and had clearly been used — the staff had never replaced it with a new one. That is a serious hygiene issue. Avoid this place.

Great spot, the vibes are nice and the service its awesome. Addi was really helpful setting up the hookah and recommending the best flavor. 10/10 would definitely come back.
