Horrible customer service at this shop. I purchased a small scale that did not read my supplement powder weight at all. In less than 24 hours I brought the scale back and explained to the young lady that it did not read my supplement powder. The young lady grabbed an older lady. The older lady gave me attitude and said that she already showed me that it worked before I bought it, and refused to exchange or refund me for the malfunctioning unit. I left not causing a scene but not even a “sorry for your inconvenience?” It’s a shame that when trying to support local businesses and they don’t support the customer. Avoid this smoke shop and support a different business.

They ran me out the store by crowding over me like I’m about to try and steal. I went in there to possibly purchase some new glass (dab rig) and when I say the lady would not let me look in peace. I felt so uncomfortable I had to ask the lady to give me some space and she would not leave. Then another girl walk over said something to the older lady an then they both stood there. I let them know they lost a customer and walked out. That was the weirdest Experience I’ve ever had anywhere to be honest. Just beware when you come here and you have some pigment in your skin! Response to owner: You are correct I was on SAFARI on my phone, no conversation with anyone. I was looking at your glass as well. What you didn’t say was how the lady was just standing there staring right in face to the point I was uncomfortable. This is after I told her I was ok and if I had a question I would ask. So don’t try and explain how I felt! My review is accurate from my account of the store experience and your response just further proves my leaving your store peacefully not disrespecting your employees or causing a scene was the right move. The only reason I stopped in was because my favorite store across the street didn’t have my product available today. I decided to give this shop a try, but unfortunately I felt extremely unwelcome here. The owner addressed me as if I was some kind of criminal. She was immediately on guard as soon as I walked in. She asked for my ID, which I immediately presented — but then she pulled down her glasses and started examining it as if she was some kind of cop. She then asked to see my card to make sure the name matched what was on the ID… all for an $8 fronto leaf! It was seriously such a joke. If I hadn’t just tapped my card a few seconds earlier I would’ve left and took my money to another place. It’s sad because I live right across the street and love to patronize all of the surrounding businesses… but the service was terrible, the products are overpriced, AND THE LEAF WAS MOLDY! Listen to the other reviews and pay attention to how the owner responds. The unprofessional tone online 100% matches the energy in person. Shop anywhere but here.

I Love this Smoke Shop been coming for years. They are family owned and operated. I'm handicapped and they always help me, answer all of my questions & if they don't know they go out of their way to find out. They stock wide variety of products and are well informed about them. This is what keeps bringing me back. Great customer service very friendly staff 😊 Ty
