The owner (lady) is very rude and confrontational, I reconfirmed the price on something because it was a bit high & she immediately made a statement saying I should get them elsewhere then. Not appreciated, they obviously know nothing about customer service.

Awesome store! Been comming here for over 12 years and owner Daniel is a great guy who knows his merchandise and will sell you the best that you need. Unlike some who will just sell you the most expensive, it's why this shop has been here for a very long time.

They sell expired, old and stale products for full price. If you try to bring it back, they will not exchange it or give you a refund. They'll just tell you to accept it and tell you to leave. Unacceptable for a business

This is by far the best smoke shop i have went to. The prices are very cheap and reasonable then any other smoke shop. The owner is great to his customers and treats them with respect. I defintely recommend this smoke shop to anyone and I will continue to go there.
