Never been to a vapor store, so this was very new to me. I walked into the store, They have a decent variety of "flavors", and briefly thought about "vaping" it up myself. The representatives were very helpful and suggested various flavors specialized to each customer. They also seemed very knowledgeable which I appreciated.

My most favorite vape shop recommendation to anyone. It’s reasonable prices. And best tasting not too harsh on the nicotine. Very welcoming customer service. Never had any problems been going here for 6 years.

My boyfriend took me here as a surprise on 11/3/18 because I want to stop smoking cigarettes. So happy this is the place he chose out of all the places in town he picked this one and now I know why. I walked in as a very quiet and reserved person which I am neither of lol. I looked around not even knowing where to begin. The guy behind the counter asks if I need help. I said well let me put it this way, I have been smoking cigarettes since I was 18 and I'm 43 now so 25yrs and I want to stop so show me what you have to help me do this. He was helping another gentleman right before that and he was still there. I asked if he quit smoking with this stuff here and he said he used to smoke 3 packs a day and within a couple of weeks he was done with cigarettes. I said wow that's what I'm talking about. So let's do this. He said well which one do you want and what kind of flavor. I said ummmmmm I don't know lol. He said do you smoke menthol or regular and i said menthol Newports the 100's. Ok so he told me the flavors for menthol and asked what mg of nicotine I said I don't know what do you suggest. He and his coworker suggested a .3 mg. I said ok. So he took me to the side to test the flavors and I chose tidal wave with menthol as my tester. It was perfect I love the taste and the smell. I hit it a bit hard and started choking because I didn't know how hard to hit the dang thing lol. But then I chose the instrument I wanted to use and that was a deal. I got the kit and I'm happy and I won't stink like smoke anymore yay lol. So anyhow. I got so excited to go try this in my own after he showed me exactly how to do every thing and was a very good teacher and great customer skills. I was excited and me and my boyfriend left and I thanked him for buying it for me then realized I left my sports bottle on the table. They actually emailed me before i had a chance to call them to tell me I left the bottle there. I went back and grabbed it and thanked them again. Any other place would have just tossed my bottle. I love this place and I will be going back when I need more. Hopefully not too much more as I already feel ready to be done with it all after 3 weeks. Thanks to all at Vegas Vapor Emporium you made me feel comfortable and did exactly what I asked. You are truly a blessing. See pics below of my products I love the color I got too.

The juice is good quality and the store is clean and well organized. But everything there is overpriced compared to other shops. Also, it's hot and miss with the employees. Seems like the owner taught them all to say "what brings you in today?" the second you come through the door. One time I went in and there were 3 people behind the counter and they all said the same thing one after the other. The last time I was in there, the lone female employee was there. When I told her what I wanted, she asked my name and then checked something in the computer. I incorrectly assumed it was for a rewards system and asked if I had any. She said the rewards system is different and works off phone numbers. That confused me So I asked her why she would need my name to enter in a computer? She rolled her eyes before telling me "some of our customers are veterans, or medical patients and are eligible for discounts" in the most condescending and impatient manner she could summon. I wanted to ask her why she felt like being an a-hole to reasonable questions is acceptable. Instead, I've just decided not to go back. There's 3 other shops within a 5 mile radius with better attitudes.

I went in to buy a tank, after having so many problems with the one I had. (My old one leaked and I could never get it apart.) I was instantly greeted. Doc, one of their newer employees helped me. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He politely asked if he could recommend one - absolutely! He showed me what he was using and let me try it. He went through the steps on how to change the coil. Doc assured me that this one would work so much better. He even told me his hours on case I had any more questions. So far so good on the tank.
