Over priced! $3.25 for a mini taco”smaller than a street taco”. Then $13.99 for a burrito that had less meat than the 2 tacos we got as well. Flavor is mediocre at best. But what do you expect from a food truck in a truck stop parking lot that is taking advantage of everyone as well. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I stopped at Petro TA in Reno, the place I initially wanted to eat at was closed due to remodeling, I then walked outside and noticed the taco trailer, I thought I’ll give it a try, I ordered three items, asked for extra onions, extra cilantro and extra meat which I was charged for, I even tipped them well just to make sure they didn’t mess up the order, after patiently waiting for a good half hour, I got my order sealed up in a bag, I walked back to my truck, opened up the bag and starting eating, but I did notice they didn’t bother adding anything extra even after the fact I got charged extra, it’s on my receipt, their food tasted bland, the meat tasted like it was cooked centuries ago, the portions were small compared to what they charge for the items, first time trying it, also the last time. If anyone is thinking of eating their food because there’s no other food joints available near you? Save yourselves the trouble by ordering through a food app. 👎
Love coming here the owner has the best supply. Helpful and friendly.
Great atmosphere, good people. Also has a food-truck that has some boom Mexican food. Delicious. Great full for them coming to your neighborhood. They also let us do a fundraiser in the parking lot. Forever Great full. EL GUICHO LIQUOR & STORE
Tacos El Guicho are my new favorite for tacos al pastor! This taco truck is located on the corner of Silverada and Oddie where the bridge used to be. This little strip where the liquor store is used to be home to Kirby vacuum. We ordered: 4 tacos de al pastor, 4 tacos de asada and un taco de birria para llevar. You order from the taco truck, and take your ticket inside the liquor store to pay. For 9 tacos we paid $34. The birria was too dry for my taste. The charred serrano chiles were the perfect addition that salsa wasn't necessary. **My only wish is to have a menu where you actually order from with prices.** **The salsas were too tomatoey for me, so I was glad I had the chiles for an extra kick.** I can't wait to come back and eat from here again. Check it out for yourself! You can thank me later.
