Great customer service! This was my first time visiting this store and Debo was exceptional. She answered all of my questions, called other stores to check product availability, and was patient while we looked at several products. Thank you so much for going over and beyond. I have not had this type of customer service in a long time. Nicest person named Debo I've ever met.

Whenever I go to this store I get the best customer service from this little lady that's in there. I forget her name, it's like dee oe debo or or something like that? What she's always so friendly and so knowledgeable. The experience I have with her. It's wonderful. She always knows exactly what I need. And where to look for it, even if it's something I don't know what it is. If you happen to go to this store, I suggest going on her shift. Because the customer service is out of this world

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! At least that was my experience on 6/16/26 at noon. The guy working there seemed annoyed that I came in (It was EMPTY) I asked about a couple of things which annoyed him more, practically spitting his answer at me. But because of his accent I had a hard time following along. When I finally found what I was looking for he became angry that I didn't understand his broken english. "You say dis...dis..dis...i no i no!" Like what?? So I decided to leave in which he said "fine get out". I asked for his name and he refused and ran to a room in the back. I was expecting to have a great experience because of the reviews but this guy does not like working. What a creepy jerk.

I go to smoke guru to buy vapes because I don't like the atmosphere at some of the other smoke shops, but at smoke guru, there's this short little lady her name's deebo, and she is just a godsend when it comes to customer service. She's so knowledgeable about everything. And she just, she always leaves me smiling. When I leave. I've never had a more pleasant experience shopping.
