My sister & I came to end off her birthday night & had the pleasure of being assisted by Shay, Lala & another girly (I’m so sad I don’t remember her name. She was a Caucasian girl with piercings 😊). They were all soooo sweet! It’s been 2 weeks, but I could not miss out on the opportunity to give these girls their flowers. Customer service is a hit or miss nowadays, so I’m always grateful when I have the opportunity to experience service of this kind. They made our experience here AMAZING & when I visit my sister in Reno again, we will absolutely return. The drinks were really good & the hookah was good as well. Prices were very reasonable. I have no complaints. Thank you ladies!

We came to Reno from Austin Tx and my wife loves hookah, so we found Hookava and were blown away how great this place was for service and product. Shout out to Dylan, Lala and Shay! They treated us like family and everyone here is super friendly! Dylan is just simply amazing and we have been here 6 nights

Okay so this place is RAD. I don't go out much, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Bethany killed it! Lovely human, as is Shay. Don't even get me started on Dylan and how rad he is. He does such a great job running this place. Chill vibe even on a Saturday. 10 out of 10 for the whole shebang. Well done to you all!

I have been coming to Hookâva for 4-5 years, and it has always been amazing! Over the years, they have continued to improve in every way, from their drinks, their hookah, the customer service, the ambiance, they always have something going on such as DJ's, trivia, holiday themed drinks for local crawls. I truly couldn't recommend this place more.

🚨Dishonest practices🚨 ASK FOR A PRINTED CHECK BEFORE PAYING. Dylan pocketed our cash tip after knowingly adding gratuity to our bill. Before tapping we specifically asked to tip in cash, Dylan agreed but, never mentioning gratuity was also added to our bill for 2 people. Trusting our server, we tapped to pay. Dylan did not offer a printed receipt. We later asked another employee for the receipt and realized we were duped by an 18% service fee on top of the $25 we gave in cash. We’re locals who won’t be returning for hookah. Update: #1 - There was no “regular” in our party of two. #2 - After this review we stopped in to wish a friend a hbd. We left as not to support the business, but wouldn’t you know our friends were almost double charged gratuity after being told “the printer was broken”. I think the owner forgets how many businesses have come and gone from this exact location. The little rating of reviewers is cute, but maybe spending more time listening to reasons why people won’t be returning might be better. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Professionalism 0/5
