I personally don't understand the great reviews they might have been good back in the past when they first started out but I just went there this past week. I'm expressing to the older gentleman Tom working that I needed Nick salts not regular e-juices and stress this to him even asked him three more times. Gentleman gets attitude told me that he runs this place he knows what he's doing he's the one that sells everything he sells different mods so he knows what he's talking about so me 24 mg 6 mL bottle of e juice my device almost jammed up because it wasn't what I was supposed to use, never going back don't recommend using them! If I could give him zero Stars I would. You need to know what you're selling research your products and your customer base that place was pretty much a tiny hole in the wall did not have much of a selection and to be honest all the e-juices look like they're homemade. I'm attaching photos of the e-juice my receipt as well as a picture of my mod.

This is my favorite vape shop in Reno. Not only do they have many unique flavors of nicotine; they also have Brittany. She is so kind and welcoming! She makes every customer her friend.

The owner is an amazing person and honestly they deserve all the success in the world

Products are amazing. Best juice around anywhere. Brittney is amazing.

Brittany is the best when it comes to pride in ownership, and knowledge of her products! I just love her!!
