Whoever was just at the window was absolutely insane. You don’t have a passenger WINDOW for the PASSENGER TO ORDER. So the woman decided because I said it was absolutely ridiculous I had to provide my ID when I’m NOT purchasing nor do I SMOKE. You have terrible customer service. I won’t be back. And you don’t treat people condescending or rude. This woman, I know she was having a bad day. It’s not that deep. You are a literal nobody as a cashier. Seriously, find another job if you can’t be around the general public. And if you want to enforce a policy, it should BE REQUIRED to post the policy so the public can abide by it.

I was the passenger, my driver handed my ID, and my credit card, and said what I wanted, she refused, she wanted my driver to show ID, THEN REFUSED TO SERVE US....I have been there multiple times and never had that happen!!!! That lady was the rudest I have ever seen!!!!

I'm a cigar and pipe lover. They must not turn over stock. Because their premium cigars air so dried out they fall apart. Even the cheaper boxes in wrappers are stale. Put them in trash ordered from Cigars International at half the cost.
