WoW, this place is omg HugH & man, they got this utensil, & that utensil & that utensil & those thingamajigs & these. They definitely got you covered in the smoking apparatus & accessories department. The kid (adult kid) in me would be willing to try each item jus to be in the know of how it works.

I visit the Sparks location often, i choose to visit in the evening hours when Paula working. she is always so pleasant, happy ,helpful and so kind!!!! when I walk in, she's smiling and happy always...She is my favorite!!!!!!!

Rudest sales woman I have ever met. Rudely snapped she couldn't help me, was aggressive, rude despite my polite responses and attempts to be civil despite such treatment by a member of staff. Never have I been so disappointed to see a company employ someone with such disregard for human decency, and any semblance of respect. Yet, so aggressive in demanding it while abusing, and bullying a member of the public. Shame on this establishment if this is who they chose to be the face of there company.

The woman (I think the manager?.) is very rude.

I literally HATE going vape shopping when wanting to try new flavors because there’s so much to look at and I always end up feeling rushed and usually only get a couple disposals that I like and then a couple that I hate but I was pressured into getting…but not here. Sunny’s is hands down the best smoke shop in town and I’ve had great experiences at every location but the Prater location is hands down my favorite. I wish I remember the lady’s name that’s always in there but she has a very beautiful and unique name (starts with an A?) and she’s ammmmmmazing! Never rushes you, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and actually listens to what you like. They have great deals and I usually get the 6 vapes for $100 and the last couple times that that lady has helped me I’ve walked out with 6 vapes that I love. Thank you!!!
