When I walk-in the establishment it was very clean and nice. Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different vapes he thought I like .One of the vapes he picked out I ended up getting it and when I tried it I actually like it. This is the only smoke shop I will be buying my vapes from here on out. I totally recommend buying from here 👌.

Store is clean, also friendly staff. Easy for me to go in and out quickly on my break. Store didnt have what I usually get but Grace was able to find an alternative for me. Great service thank you.

Not sure what the Jamesh dude is talking about, this place is amazing. It’s interesting that he's upset about someone doing their job correctly. Refusing a digital ID isn’t “unprofessional”—it’s called following the law and protecting the business (and themselves) from serious consequences. The fact that others may have overlooked it before doesn’t make you entitled to special treatment. And if this place is such a “disaster” that you “wouldn’t wish it on your worst enemy,” why exactly do you go there “all the time” like you said? That part doesn’t really add up. As for the personal insults, they say a lot more about you than they do about her. From your own description, she handled the situation exactly as she should have—calmly, consistently, and by the rules. That’s not a “disaster,” that’s someone being responsible and doing the job right. Honestly, she sounds like one of the few people there worthy of praise!

I've had an amazing experience here at smokers, haven. The manager josh has been absolutely fantastic.Super helpful and explained a lot of information on the different mods. I've also had the pleasure of working with Zach, Amber & Grace . All fantastic people and I highly recommend using smokers haven merrimack nh for all your vape needs!

ID me since I've been coming there very unacceptable, unprofessional, I see why she works at a job like that. What a disaster just went to another place wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
