Idk any vape store in the surrounding area that won't exchange a vape thats connection won't work other then this place don't waste your time or money plenty of other places that will work with you not against you right down the street!

I love this store. Drive all the way from south east Massachusetts for them. Very friendly and great selection

I bought a vape at the store yesterday... I tested it in front of the salesperson, and he said the vape wasn't right (I've been smoking for 6 years). I know when a vape isn't right... so I told him, but he didn't want to exchange it for me when I tested it... he said I needed to smoke and close the vape, that way it would work properly, so I went home and when I got home, the vape simply died!!! I called at the same time the vape died and let him know I would be back (I live 30 minutes from the store). He said he was closing, it was still around 50 minutes before closing... and then he asked me to come today, saying he wouldn't be in the store today, but he would let the person know so they could exchange it for me. I simply called today and explained the situation, he said I should have made the exchange yesterday, but I tried to exchange it twice yesterday... they told me to go today, and today they told me to go yesterday LMAO!! Wasting money in this store

Worst experience ever I order at 4pm march 3rd and I went to pick my order up at 5pm march 4th and they have sold my order. If you qould let us purchase them online would be great also if someone places an order they should be saved for that customer who took the time to place an order. The "manager" on said ohwell I have 1 left nothing I can do. Your only allowed 24 hours to pick up your order.

I love this place. Largest selection of juices now. And i checked 4 different stores yesterday cuz this place was closed. Theyve all mostly gone downhill. My only complaint is they dont restock juice flavors as often as id like. So learn to like different flavors. Otherwise this place is best around to me. The people that work there are the biggest difference to me. I never feel like im being rushed. They know what theyre selling and are very friendly and helpful helping you figure out what works best for you. I usually spend time chatting before i leave. Good people in there
