I enjoy my weekly trips to this store. He makes sure my favorite vape is there for me and it means a lot to me. The store is also clean and has other stuff like incense and lottery etc…Smoke World also beats other smoke shop prices and that is awesome. I am definitely loyal to this shop.😌 🫶 Kristy

Nice family staff. Prices aren’t great but it’s not their fault. Good people that’s why I purchase from here.

This will be my new go to for my vapes! Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a vape I accidentally bought last year and haven't been able to find since then! He offered to order whatever I needed and talked for a few mins with us. Prices were fair, store was clean. Really hope to see them succeed and stick around! Will be back!

Bought 2 Crave vapes, and neither worked. Tried to get an exchange and they said don't do it and told me I was out of luck. Horrible customer service. Not very smart business move, my friends and I used to spend a few hundred dollars a month there.

It is a husband and wife that run this business. I spoke to the owner and he was very nice and accommodating of what I needed. I think people hold unrealistic expectations for certain stores in terms of product demand. I was able to find what I was looking for, the establishment was clean, and everyone was very kind. I will be going here again.
