Made me pay 357.50 for two cartons of cigarette's and 3 nicotine vapes and Wouldn’t let me leave with my PAID products because THEIR computer had an error. NOT MY FAULT.. several attempts to call the store but they never answer. Told me when I was there I had to pay another 350 and they would refund me if I came back the next day I said I don’t have another 350 to give you plus you charged me way higher than needed and I DONT LIVE IN NH which means I’d have to drive back from the South Shore of mass. it was Mother’s Day weekend. Police report will be filed !!!!!

Great selection open late and Sam the salesman help me out at the last minute to get CBD for my leg that was in pain. I will definitely be back. Prices slightly higher due to being right over the border of Massachusetts but that's to be expected where they don't sell flavored tobacco lakemen fall in Massachusetts anymore.

They sold 2 defect items and the guy at the register made it VERY CLEAR that there where no returns, The battery bought not even 24 hours after opening it, the wire for the charger completely broke, they sold us a scorch torch and its doesnt fill with butane what so ever. I owned a previous scorch torch, The flame isnt even half as big as the other one i had. Wasted over 50 dollars on these shitty products. Now we are left to spend more money. If you want good quality stuff DO NOT COME HERE. Not happy would NOT recommend.

The people that work at this vape shop are very nice-this is also a small convenient store with wine if you like that-the prices are fair compared to others in the area(actually less expensive than some). This is definitely my place for vape shopping and could be your as well-the only issue is the Route 28 traffic abut they can’t fix that!!

There are many vape shops in Salem, I suggest people take their business elsewhere. Exit 1 vapes are more often than not defective. They do not charge, the battery sounds like it will explode, they get extremely hot, and leak. They do not care that they are selling these, nor acknowledge the problem. Other stores have better prices and friendlier staff.
