Love to visit this location-they almost always have what I need, and if not they offer to order! Super excited about the expanded section with alcohol coming soon. BUT——even better than all that is the AMAZING customer service from Kandace! She is friendly, patient in answering my questions, and always helpful. She is such an asset to this store. I observe very similar interactions that she has with other customers as well, so I know she has a huge impact.

I would have originally given the place 4 or 5bstars but my wife and I wanted to quit smoking and use vapes instead and we asked which vape we should buy that's not expensive in case we didn't like it and also easy to use. They sold us Geek Vape Sonder Qpods. Cheap enough at $20 each and we spent another maybe $60 on fluid some with 6mg nicotine and a couple with 36mg/ml nicotine in case we didn't want to puff on the thing a long time to get the equivalent of a cig in nicotine. They didn't tell us that the cartridges were disposable and they only lasted for about 20ml of fluid OR that the vapes came with .8 ohm coils that are considered "sub-ohm" and two of the fluids we bought were not comparable. The coil had to be at least 1.0 ohm to use them. The coils burned out immediately when we used it, I thought it was defective then we googled it and found out everything we were not told. Went there to buy more cartridges. They don't have them. They said they would orelder them then they said they have some at the other store, it's been almost 2 months now. Had to buy 2 more vapes to get two more cartridges because they didn't have them. Glad I stopped into another store and they had a bunch in stock that were only $10.99 for a 3 pack. So I spent just about $30 more at this place to get 2/3 of what I got at another store because they sold us something they were obviously not planning on selling anymore so they didn't have any of what turns out to be 6 different types of cartridges for these vapes. Not even ONE package of the 6 different types of cartridges they should have had in stock to push these on people. Not happy and won't be back. It's too bad because I've gone there quite a bit, used to buy tobacco from there and not the cheap stuff, bought a big cigarette making machine there and was considering buying some more tobacco just in case. I'll go to the other shop after that mess if going back time and again because they said they would get them for me and all that.

Very helpful and an awesome assortment of rigs some beautiful glassware. They stand behind what they sell.

Let me start off by saying this place is the best! I recently went a couple of weeks ago before going to see a movie at Smitty's next door. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and friendly staff member who greeted my boyfriend and I. We ended up buying some stuff and the nice staff member (Angela) gave us 10% off just for being first time customers. She was also very easy and helpful to talk with! We also received a punch card which was nice to get as well. We will be re buying from this place again soon.

Awesome place 👌 I went in and got a glass peice and went home realized it had a pin sized hole leaking water when i filled it up, I brought it back and they hooked me right up! The prices are by far the cheapest in town and the quality is great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I live 30 mins away, but it's definitely worth the drive! Come check this place out you won't be let down! 💯
