Been around the block for a number of years and this shop stands out among them all. #1. Great variety of cigars, the humidor is impressive. #2. Excellent selection of glass, in all varieties and styles. From one of a kind piece`s to the every day excesory, if they don't have it, they can get it! #3 Adult novelties! The selection isn't broad but it's targeted to the best audience! #4. And this is the most important! The Staff, The knowledge that you get from them, they're well versed in what they have to sell. You can count on them to try their best to get you the best deal for what you're looking for. #5. It's an upper valley local treasure.

When they say big things come in small packages Un-Dun's store is the right place to go. Great selection of vapes brands and flavors, flower if your feeling a little smoke-ish from small, medium, to large containers, top shelf cigars for those of high class taste, soft drinks for kids and adults, the atmosphere is great the customer service is perfect you can't ask for more.

Super nice and helpful people. Not knowing anything about cigars and being tasked with getting a very good one for my 81yr old father in law was a bit nerve-wracking. Sooooo many choices. He was very happy with the selection. I was happy to make his day. Being recently placed in a nursing home, having lost his whole way of living overnight, was hard for him. This put a smile on his face.

They charge way too much also don't seem to care about how they treat their customers. Just bad attitudes not very friendly or g experience

I broke down in the parking lot of UN-DUN yesterday around 1:30 pm and needed shelter from the heat (95 deg.) till AAA arrived to tow me. Merry, the manager, was so gracious to let me stay out of the heat and use the restroom. Unfortunately, my wrecker didn't arrive for 6 hours, and I had to camp out in the store and watch the customers come and go until they closed at 6 pm. I am 70 years old and must say I haven't seen much customer service from store employees for quite some time. The younger generation doesn't seem to understand that good customer service is what keeps customers coming back. I want to say that I was extremely impressed with Merry and her staff ( Rhyane, Hannah and Norm) as they quickly and cheerfully assisted the customers who entered their business. I also watched their team work as they were re-organizing the space. They interacted in a very friendly and co-operative manner. It certainly renewed my faith in the younger generation Plus, they have quite a selection of products to shop for. All in all it was a very pleasant experience !!
