I just came in after going to three other stores trying to find two specific juices, I was Assisted by Michelle and after I told her I couldn’t find them at other places she said “I’ll find you them, girl don’t worry” and took her time suggesting items in case I couldn’t find what I was looking for, then proceeded to find exactly what I was looking for as well as helping me sign up for the rewards. She was so sweet and attentive to what I needed. If you need something specific, go in and talk to Michelle, she’ll help you find what you’re looking! Thank you Michelle for a wonderful experience. I will be back soon!

I have been coming to smoke Havana for about a couple months now. Every single time I walk in there, no matter who is staffed, I am always greeted with warm and kind energy. They all are very knowledgeable about their stock, constantly giving good suggestions or alternatives. I also like that you can noticeably tell a lot of their products are authentic. Would and have recommended to anyone who is looking for a new smoke shop.

This is a top notch shop and the people who work here make this place feel like home. Shout out to michelle for taking her time to help me find what im looking for. Spent 30 mins and she was there every step of the way. Ty

Brooklyn at Smokevana is awesome! Every time I stop in, she makes the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. You can tell she cares about the customers and knows her stuff. Definitely one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Smokevana
