Extremely rude staff. Cursed at my wife and father in-law. Threw my father in-laws cigars and change on the ground and told him to never come back. We were just trying to redeem a gift card. Place is a dump. Negative 5 stars.

I would give them 0 stars! Dennis is a disgrace. Disrespectful to patrons. Vulgar language is uncalled for.

Don’t ever go here! My dad was given a gift card from a friend for his 50th anniversary and had to go back 4 times to try to cash it in. Dennis yelled and cursed and told us never to come back. My dad has lived in Matawan for over 50 years and shops there often. Most unprofessional place ever!

I was in the area today, so decided to go to this store for the first time. (I used to be a long time client of the Metuchen location, prior to its closing). High prices and a very rude attendant! Will never go back there!

Excellent store...Terri and Dennis are fantastic people running the place and I love it here...they have a good variety of cigars in the store...the lounge is very comfortable for a smoke or two... I come here often because of the positive experience...you will not regret shopping here and enjoying a smoke! Convenient location, too... A 5-star rating from me!
