Last night at 750 S White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106, I asked the gas attendant to fill up my car, but he made a mistake that could have been avoided with proper training. When I tried to address the issue, the manager, Baldev Ram, showed no accountability and handled the situation very poorly. I spent about 30 minutes arguing because the staff did not provide proper service, especially when it came to filling my gas and using my company card. Instead of helping resolve the problem, the manager was dismissive and told me to “pay and move on with my life.” I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service here is unacceptable, and management clearly needs better training and accountability.
