Faithful customer for 6+ years. Never had a problem until now. The customer service is HORRIBLE A Lost Mary Vape was a defect. Didn’t know till a day later. The store would not let me exchange it for a new one. Will never return to this shop again. I’ll be telling everyone to go to another shop. 0/5 stars.

Zero return policy is pretty nuts. Too many other places to go around town with a thousand times better customer support.

Extraordinarily overpriced. 35 dollars for a 20k puff vape, and it was defective, upon literally walking out, trying, and walking back in, no return policy or remorse for stealing money. Absolutely disgusting people. Talking about policy!! Your policy is stealing money for old, defective products. Shame.
