Absolutely wonderful owner. He has always been extremely considerate and polite every time we’ve come back to make us feel welcome. Whether it’s updates on stock or good recommendations, the business is earned and the good reviews are deserved. They really make you feel like a part of the community, best shop in the area by far!

I have been going to this place for 3 years. I purchased a muha meds product, when I scanned it in the app it came up counterfeit, i’ve had people that i’ve known died from fentanyl poisoning. therefore Im petrified. when I spoke to the owner and the other person that works there, he said that 2nd generation doesn’t scan correctly on the app but the new generations do. which is fine, I understand that. but it’s the fact that I won’t be smoking it due to the possibility of it being counterfeit, fentanyl is no joke. I get that it could be real, but the fact that it came up counterfeit at first, and still could be, with no proof of it being real. he should’ve honored the fact that I will not be smoking it due to my original findings and my worries. my fiance and I have maintained a very good relationship with the owner for years. the fact he could not honor this for us is absurd. we didn’t even want a refund, if anything I was looking to trade it for the same value. the values of this place and employees don’t care about the costumers like we thought they did. unfortunately I will be taking business elsewhere. they also aren’t selling those products from the brand anymore after they run out of the 2nd generation which is all they have left. which sounds even worse to me.

I have been a customer at this smoke shop for 5 years and have never had an issue. They are all amazing at what they do and bring life to the town of Somerville. The one star review that jealous people leave and the horrible things they say about this place are not true. I will always support this shop because of their professional behavior and their kindness towards others.

Been coming here since they first opened and this is easily one of the best smoke shops around. Aziz is a humble and respectful guy always smiling and ready to help with whatever you need. The variety they carry is unmatched and they’re always stocked with good products. Great customer service great atmosphere and fair prices. Nothing in the area comes close.

First time visiting the shop. Owner could not have been nicer, place was spotless!! So clean and inviting. I got what I needed with some help!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
