I had a great experience at this smoke shop! The store was well-organized and had an impressive selection of hookah items, from coals and flavors to accessories I didn’t even know I needed. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. Jessica was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through the different hookah products, explained the differences between brands, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Her friendly attitude and expertise made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by—especially if Jessica is there to help you out!

First time coming in, Bridgette was wonderful. So friendly and helped me pick out some cigars for my husband and a disposable cart. Definitely will be back.

I went in here to refill my inventory for future sisha sessions and I had the pleasure of being helped out by Jessica. She was extremely personable and patient with my inquires about different products in the shop. She made my shopping experience not only quick but enjoyable too! 10/10 recommend this store and big shout out to Jessica for superb service.

Hempwick at PUFF & PIPE (250 ft) = 40$ Hempwick anywhere else (100 ft) = $10 EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED, USE THIS STORE AS YOUR LAST HOPE IF EVERYTHING IS CLOSED And a lot of their products are like this. Also NO REFUNDS AT ALL! I walked out and walked back in within 5 minutes and they refused a refund. PUFF & PIPE = BAD BUSINESS Be aware ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
