I had a great experience at the Mail & Smoke House. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on point—friendly, respectful, and willing to help. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend.

Bobby is on point! He knows his customers as they were his own family members. Always greets with a smile. Never had a bad experience. I visit him everyday to buy lottery tickets. I'm happy to see him. Its the best way to end my work day. E

I love this place, I live nearby and come by often for all of my leaf wraps. Bobby is amazing and friendly and provides a family nit unit with his customers. Come here for all of your smoke shop essentials just as well as assistance for mail and shipping. I love a good one stop shop!

The attendant is very personable. The place is kept very neat and clean. We get our papers notarized and use them for shipping out packages. We also buy our lottery tickets there. Always a good experience at this store. Definitely the best around!
