Came here a few times and got some thing for the same price as they charge everywhere else. For some reason today, the guy did not want to honor that even though I was told that they would and showed proof of the last time I purchased it for $40. Not sure why two of the employees are willing to give it for the price of everyone else charges, but now this guy won’t. Losing a lot of business. My husband and I buy them pretty much daily and thought we found a new spot. Terrible customer service and inconsistency. Lost a customer over five dollars. All I simply asked, was to pay the same price every other smoke shop in the area charges.

Gas station cigar spot - Trash humidor would not come back.

The guys are great here, always nice & they always have the best prices for tobacco products, vaps, gas & etc. I bought a defective vap a couple days ago which was the FIRST one in the year ive been going here & the guy switched it out for a new one right away with no issues at all which I really appreciated it!

Just went in today to get vape while visiting America, the guy was so cool helped me with everything and even chucked me in a freebie. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to New Jersey needing a vape. Will be visiting again 100% 10/10!

I spend a lot on cigars and try different shops, and my experience here hasn’t left my mind for over a year now so I don’t know if this younger employee still works there or not but I went in for a few cigars and a younger employee who was on his phone on FaceTime talking to a girl decided to flip the camera on me and talk about me to her, now I know at the time I was dressed in not an everyday outfit cause I just finished a hike, and I’m a bigger guy but I also know what he was saying cause I speak the language do to my travels, when I called him out he looked shocked and taken back and then got nervous, the terrible insults he was saying I’ll leave off here cause he was younger and most likely in an immature phase but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I decided to reach out and leave probably my 3rd review ever, if I ever decide to go back and get better service I might switch my review rating but until then this place for that experience gets a 1, I’d give it a zero if I could… hope the customer service changes or has changed since this was a little over a year ago
