They were very professional, informative, and accommodating they have to make my experience something that doesn’t parallel with the rest of the places that I’ve been to and this is an establishment that is an absolute step above the rest. I was lucky enough to meet Heather, who was instrumental in making that process a success.

People are nice here, especially Heather who helped me out with product choices. She was fantastic.! They have good products at decent prices for relaxation and ease!

Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The employee Zach was awesome! I hope every Puff City could be as awesome as this one

Great selection. Manager is very helpful and has the coolest cup a noodle pants wish she could still wear them!

i go there approx every 2 wks to grab lava vapes... only place around with a good selection/variety at a decent price. The guy that's usually there is awesome—sorry i don't know your name, dude!—super friendly and knowledgeable about his inventory.
