The food, drinks, and our server were fantastic. The DJ was okay, but I’ve definitely experienced better. This place has a lot of potential, but what will ultimately hurt the experience are the male promoters running the parties. I was there with a group of four people. We were eating, actively ordering drinks, and spending money when a promoter approached us and told us he needed our table in 20 minutes. I paid attention after that and noticed he never approached any of the other tables that had been there before us. He later came back and told us we could “go upstairs or outside.” I understand that restaurants and lounges may have time limits for tables, but if a group is actively eating and drinking, it’s not good customer service to ask them to move. What made it even more frustrating was that the only tables that weren’t being approached were the ones where people were twerking. It’s hard to market yourself as an upscale establishment while allowing that atmosphere and charging people $20–$50 just to get in. I would absolutely come back because the food, drinks, and service were excellent. However, I would think twice about attending another party there if the same promoters are running the event.

Had an incredible time at Pier 73! The atmosphere was perfect a chill, upscale vibe. But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the bartenders Lexi and Valentina. Having a place to watch LOVE ISLAND IS SUCH A GREAT IDEA! I will be back! Lexi is a total vibe friendly, fast, and knows how to whip up a drink that hits every time. Her energy is infectious and she made sure everyone at the bar felt taken care of. Valentina brought the same level of warmth and professionalism. She was super attentive, had great drink recommendations, and you could tell she really cares about the guest experience. The drinks were on point, the service was top-tier, and the whole night felt effortless thanks to these two. If you’re going to Pier 73, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar Lexi and Valentina will take great care of you. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back! 🍸💯

This place looks like a vibe from the outside and in. The vibe ok. The hookah service was terrible. The guy tried to give us a hookah half full. It wasn't pulling so I had to check it. He didn't put enough hash inside. 2 other tables gave The hookah back to adjust. The guy seemed feed up like we didn't pay for it. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!! WE HAD MUSHY MAC WITH CHEAP CHEESE. THE COLLARD GREENS WAS TOO SALTY AND THE FRIED CHICKEN WASN'T COOKED WELL. THE WINGS WAS HARD TO EAT. THE DRINKS. THE MIMOSAS WAS MADE WITH TANG NOT ORANGE JUICE. I HAVEN'T HAD KOOL AID SINCE I WAS A KID. A PARTY ORDERED A SEPARATE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE TO OFFSET THE TASTE. I ASKED IF IT WAS TANG. I WAS TOLD IT WAS SUNSHINE OJ.

i love everybody here ! it was my friends birthday they were so welcoming and let us have the time of our life. definitely a night we won’t forget. their bartenders down until their bussers were so nice and completed the whole experience. big shoutout to sebastian , andre and jas the bartender ! we will be coming back very soon !!!!

Everything was good from the ambiance to the quality of service. Went for happy hour for my first time here and my expectations were better than expected. My bartender was Christian he made the best drinks!!! Those margaritas tasted like something I never tasted before they were so good! 😊 I’ll definitely be returning more often…another new favorite added to my list 👍🏾
