I work locally and today I went inside to browse phone charges on my break.before I got a word out my mouth the man at the front by the lotto tickets about 10 mins ago shouted to me “sir no ski mask” ! is that how you talk to visitors ? I clearly didn’t have a ski mask on .i had a wool hat on and this face mask for the cold.i had my work uniform on with my logo and this man has helped me several times over the last couple of years.if i was wearing a ski mask I’d understand bc the sign outside says no ski mask but I wasn’t wearing one .The customer service was un acceptable.you guys have to be clear on what a ski mask is bc surgical mask,mask for the cold ,and looking like someone is gonna rob the place are two different thing’s especially for me working in the safety field locally !.Un acceptable.
