I’ve been to this smoke shop a couple of times, but not in recent times. It was my first time going there in a while, and I came to this smoke shop one late morning with my cousin looking for a vape. Now whenever I went in the past, it was usually the guy who helped me, the woman helped me maybe once before and she was nice. The guy was always great too. But this day, I’m not sure what was wrong but it wasn’t her bestest day. We walked in, greeted her, I think she managed a whispered greet. We walked up to the middle of her selection and my cousin was browsing her vapes. It was then she came over to greet us, asking if we needed help. We told her and she pointed us to all her vapes, my cousin asked to look at one, and was inspecting it. She decided she didn’t want to buy it as she wanted a flavor and these didn’t have any, and it was then I guess the woman grew impatient and condescendingly told us “good luck finding one.” Me and my cousin simply told her have a good day and left. To condescend your customer in such a way simply because we ended up not wanting to buy your product? Not were we rude about it all, she was simply unprofessional and clearly miserable with her life. If you go here, know it should be as a last resort as they offer nothing special. Response: As for your reply, your disrespectful response was said right after you informed us it was illegal. We were not aware of it, nonetheless us not knowing did not require you to become disrespectful that we did not want to try your product. You were in the wrong, and frankly you coming on here to try to flip the blame on me shows what kind of people run this establishment. AWFUL!

Super kind and welcoming!!! There's a very comfortable atmosphere in this shop and you also get greeted by the kindest dog. The owners were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and will help you get what you came for. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area!

Can't say enough good things about this friendly mom and pop smoke shop. Small business, personal service, great prices, l9wand they really listen to exactly what you're looking for and help you find it. Nice friendly dog in the shop too. Try it out you'll like it!

I was disappointed when I called and was told the store was closed due to the virus. I was really looking forward to visiting the store. I was told they were taking online orders and they would deliver quickly to my door. The woman I spoke to (sorry I forgot your name😆) was so helpful because I wasn’t sure what to order. She stayed on the phone with me and navigated me through the site, showing me items I might like. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I placed my order and I pretty much got my purchase 30 minutes later. The girl that made the delivery was really sweet and in my opinion, brave for doing a job that put her at a higher risk for contracting Corona. Thank you both so much for a really great experience! I very highly recommend!

The worst experience I've ever had going to a business in my life. My purchase was $8 I was about to hand her my card she says we have a $15 minimum I say okay well Im not spending 15 dollars have a nice day She becomes furious and chases me out the store yelling at me on how cheap I am cursing me out in the middle of the street yelling at the top of her lungs. I was so angry like all because I didn't want to spend $15 this is not how you treat your customers that's why they business is not doing well that's why it's empty inside it's dirty inside everything is out of place and piled up on top of each other.. they scamming people when you look on the outside it seems nice inside but when you go inside it looks like a horror shop I wish I was exaggerating I want her to play the tapes back so you can see how she acted unacceptable I hope for audio .. shop need to get shut down I'm sure I'm not the only one who experienced something bad going there the aura bad.... Your response shows your the liar..I've been around for over 25 years nobody goes there I drive by all the time only they are bad owners .
