Worst priced vape shop that I have EVER come across. Their “reward system” is false, and no matter how many times I put in my phone #, I have yet to see rewards and every time I ask about them, the people working in the front have nothing to say. totally would recommend going to puff city 10 minutes down the road where everybody who works there is nice. The prices are VERY reasonable, and not $13 for a 800 puff vape.

I’ve had two terrible experiences at this store. They sell cheap, defective products and have poor customer service. When I returned with a broken item just 15 minutes after purchase, the staff member didn’t apologize and instead asked me to buy it again. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of their faulty stock. I was charged $10 more than at nearby smoke shops, where the staff is friendly and takes accountability for their products. I won’t be returning to this store again; I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to a place that values customer satisfaction. Avoid this store! No refund or exchanges mean if you didn’t like the product or bought the wrong thing by accident. This wasn’t a refund or exchange. This was a faulty product. They didn’t sell me a product. They sold me literal garbage that I couldn’t use. Charge me 38 bucks for it and told me so what buy another one.

Found my new favorite smoke shop! Went here right around the time it first opened up. Owner was very knowledgeable and kind. Ended up buying a brand new hookah for a reasonable price. They have a wide selection of shisha flavors that can't be found at most smoke shops. I'll defiantly be coming back here!

Extraordinary service! Amazing prices that beat competitors and they take care of their customers. Workers helped show me many flavors of the vapes even though there were so many flavors which I could not read cuz of the small print. Definitely making this shop my only go to.

I had a great experience at the smoke shop. Larry at the front desk was very helpful picking out exactly what I wanted. The customer service was amazing!! They have lots of varieties to choose from for vapes and pens. Would recommend 10/10.
