Someone working there sold me the wrong Marlboro carton despite I confirmed with him 3 times (before, on the spot, and after)! To make it worse, the owner (with an Indian accent) denied they did anything wrong. This is among the most ridiculous store I have visited. Don't go there if you don't want such 'accidents'! BTW, the price is 40% higher than local convenience stores.

I’ve been going to this cigar shop for a while now, and it’s always a great experience. The owner is friendly and always gives me a good price. His son owns another shop that I also visit, and it’s just as amazing. Both places are run with care and respect for their customers. Highly recommend both!
Great customer service and great product, the selection was great and they are very helpful for when you don’t know much about cigars. I would 100% come again.
Prices are high. Plus, if you're not a member, you need to spend $20+ to be able to smoke there. Decent selection though. Lounge is big and open, if a bit drab. Smoke handler is a floor unit, does not vent outside.
Update: The owner (Charlie) reached out very quickly to apologize on the employee's behalf. This prompt and sincere response has restored my confidence in Tobacco Leaf, not a lot of businesses operate this way nowadays. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right. I've been a loyal customer of Tobacco Leaf, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. I've encountered dishonest practices on two separate occasions. The first time, I went in to buy a cigar for my husband. The owner pressured me into purchasing two cigars and then pushed for a third. When I declined the third one, he made it seem like it was a free offer, but later I found out he charged me for it. This was very misleading and left a bad impression. The second incident involved a significant overcharge. I bought a $12 cigar, but when I checked my receipt, I saw I had been charged $20. This kind of overcharging is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. I'm very disappointed with these experiences and will not be returning. I advise others to be careful and to check their receipts thoroughly to avoid being overcharged.
