Right before my vacation I stopped in to and was met with great service and I was excited to be a new customer at a location close to my home. Turns out the product I purchased was old (as confirmed by the manufacturer) and the manufacturer asked me to go back to Frank's to resolve the issue. Because I was on vacation I came in as soon as I got home (after 12 days) and they said they couldn't help me because I didn't bring it back within 7 days. They said they were sorry and didn't take any steps to try to make the situation better. I would agree with other reviewers that the initial experience was great - but the customer service afterwards that helps to create loyal and local customers needs improvement.

Great prices, selection and most importantly great owners. Frank truly cares about your interests and will go out of his way to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. He has such great hookah flavors!

This place is the Go To! Best service ever! This store has basically everything you would need soap, cookies, drinks, toothbrushes , etc! I will definitely recommend this shop! It’s one of the best spots in Hoboken! Please come check it out and tell me what you think! Definitely would be a 10 out of 10!

Best convenient store in Hoboken. Has a great selection of all the essentials. Store is very clean and tidy. But most of all has great customer service, they were polite and helpful every time I came in. Always great to see my man Jay, who will assist you with anything you need and always down for a friendly conversation. Frank’s is THE SPOT in Hoboken.

I come here to pick up my vapes each week. They always have what I need in stock but the gentlemen who work here are really lovely people and so nice! I really enjoy my trip to the shop each week. Thanks guys! :)
