Store has been around for nearly 15 years for a reason. The selection and authenticity is second to none with respect to glass, cigars, and hookah. The gentleman who assisted me was very patient and knowledgeable. He told his honest opinion and not the most expensive. I ended up getting a basic illadelph with a different brand ash catcher for 300 all in and he even called the company rep to verify for me the authenticity of the water pipe. Lastly, after forgetting to pack the extra piece, I get home, call them, and they personally paid for an uber to drop it off for me. That's honest and great customer experience. Thank you guys!

Hoboken Smoke Shop is hands down the best in town, and I tell everyone I know that I won’t shop anywhere else. The customer service here is second to none. Most of the time, Emron helps me out, and he’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the experience a pleasure. Today, the owner himself took care of me and even poked my cigar to open up the airflow—a simple tweak that completely changed the smoking experience. That kind of attention to detail is why I’ll keep coming back. Between the great selection, the personal touches, and the way they genuinely treat you like family, this is the only smoke shop I trust in Hoboken. Highly recommended

This shop sells fake geek bars they sold me a geek xplus completely fake put it on ai and everything and it says the vape is fake I’m confused this is the second time it has happened you look for the geek bar online no matches.

This place is wonderful. I always visit this place when I’m in Hoboken. Their cigar collection is amazing (owner please restock on cigars). They have best price in Hoboken area. Emron at front desk was very helpful, he recommended cigars which I’m enjoying right now. Great service and very respectful staff. Good work.
