I stopped by Elite Wellness looking for a 10mm bowl after checking at least 10 other shops with no luck. The owner was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me different options. He had a great selection of quality products, including custom pieces and accessories I hadn’t seen elsewhere. What impressed me most was how much he genuinely cared about his products and customers. He answered my questions, explained the differences between items, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the inventory was far better than any other shop I visited during my search. Highly recommend checking them out. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. As I see another person commenting about the cartridge chargers. I bought the first one the young lady said I don’t know which ones will work because they are old. So she said I get you one that’s working. I said ok. Believing that I would get a working charger. Despite just being told that the chargers are old. After less than a week it stopped working wouldn’t take a charge. I called and was told no problem bring it in and we will get you a working one. I went back and was given a charging cord. Not a new one. I go home it won’t won’t charge. I call again. Told to come back they would give me a new one. I get there they young lady gave me a new one. I said does it work. She said you have to charge it. At this point it’s trip #3. I told her to charge it in the store id be back in an hour. Trip #4. I get there and the battery didn’t charge. So the gentleman who’s there gave me a different charger. So only used it a less than 2 days and now my one 1g cartridge which was 3/4 full. Has now leaked out the oil and no my cartridge wasn’t broken. I thinks it’s bad business to have a client come in and experience such a mess. I was admittedly told the chargers were old. But as a client there’s no way I should’ve had to go through all that back and forth. I don’t recommend going to a place that admits they are selling old products. 🤬

Great staff great products great service. More than competitive pricing and you won't leave until you have what you would like.
