Just went in and asked for “your cheapest vape cart battery”, dude gives me a $20 pen, I pay with cash he doesn’t ID me. Then I see a cheaper one for $15, he says he can’t give me a refund and smiled in my face. All he had to do was give me $5 and swap. I hate inconsiderate people. He also said that I asked for “best quality” which I had to correct him on.

Not open during listed hours

Run by crooks. I went in and bought something for $20. My friend went and bought the same exact thing for $40!!! Shameful business. Everything is defective. All the prices are outrageously marked up. Go anywhere else. Literally. Go anywhere else for better prices, and better customer service.

Way too expensive! I was told they didn't receive a shipment for the product I purchased so they raised the price $5. Not sure if that's the truth but either way that's not right. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't even think I'll use this place in a pinch anymore honestly.

Knowingly have defective product on the shelf, and refuse to refund you when you come back. Don't trust the blatantly fake reviews on here - walk a block or two down Newark and you'll find 3 more convenience stores with the same stuff.
