Bought a thc pen, pressed the button once as soon as I left the store and it got stuck. Went back in 5 minutes after purchasing and they told me to go contact the maker of the pen. Super unhelpful. If you are selling the product you should be responsible with replacing the faulty product.

This business customer service sucks. He is selling expired product. I came back in the rain just to be kicked out the store by the owner that was on the phone. The employees agreed the product was dry and old. I purchased the product somewhere else and no problem.

They treat regulars like trash. I regularly buy vapes from this shop. Once, I bought this vape, and after two days, it was burned. I returned to the shop, and he told me that I should’ve brought it right away on the same day, and I was like, he never told me that. Yeah, and he simply didn’t even exchange it because they wanted to lose customers. I’m never returning to this shop again.
