The shop is good bc they have kind helpful staff shockingly somehow they have workers who care and want to help give them ALL raises today .. im serious today or review goes away. I dont know anyone here just was a shopper w 1.4m views on Google reviews take care of those who take care of you.

Good selection. House made blends are very good. That are the plus’s. I find the prices a little pricey. Half the time they have one guy working so you could wait awhile. And today I went in and the guy working was too busy texting to really even pay attention to what I needed. He seemed bothered by me being there even. Over the years the staff have become more friendly and knowledgeable they did a great job of hiring especially the guy who works I think Friday evenings. I get my pay and go to JC!!

Very rude costumer service. Staff is always in the back room getting high. I felt like I annoyed the lady just by walking into the shop. I was kicked out of the store for bringing a stroller inside, watched me struggle to come in through the door, no greeting, no apology, no sympathy, no bedside manners. And watched me struggle to leave the store. I understand the “no minors” rule but there’s nicer ways to say things. Nice way to treat loyal costumers.

First off, only good thing about this place was they opened up an hour earlier then everyone else. That’s all. Secondly they over charge on products AND on tax. They charged $20 for a $12 (4) pack of Lava pods. Also charged me over 16% IN TAXES. Taxes on $20 isn’t almost $3.50. They should definitely be ashamed of themselves. When I spoke to my Smoke shop, they laughed along with me. Don’t shop here. Don’t give them your business. Definitely will never shop here again!

The gentleman with the blonde hair hidden under a Raw brand hat is a fantastic salesman. I had to buy a new 510 battery so I buy it place the tank on. The tank was busted. So I ran back and got a semi-decent 510 thread tank. Keep up the great work dude.
