It’s always an easy, positive experience purchasing from puff. Joel is the absolute best and I’d be remiss to not mention how appreciative I am for his stellar customer service. Great products and prices and the staff is the kindest.

After a long day of practicing my recorder and blessing the elderly community with my tear jerking symphonies, nothing heals my soul more than walking into Puff Smoke Shop… Joel always hands me the vape I need without even saying a word. I just look him dead in the eyes and he knows exactly what I want. A true master of craft. This gives me just enough time to perform all my favorite hits for him while I pay. I can’t really tell if they appreciate my emotional rendition of “My Heart Will Go On,” but as I toot away on my recorder, Joel still smiles. Giving me not only my vape, but a sense of purpose. 🐐

Best smoke shop in Long Branch! I’ve been coming to Puff Smoke Shop since they first opened in 2013, and they’ve been consistently top-tier ever since. This is my go-to spot for vapes, disposable vapes, glass pipes, hookah supplies, CBD, rolling papers, and smoking accessories. They always have a huge selection, fair prices, and the newest products in stock. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great vibe every time I walk in. If you’re searching for a smoke shop near me, vape shop in Long Branch, or the best smoke shop in Monmouth County, this is the place to go. Quality, service, and consistency for over a decade. Highly recommend! 💯🔥

I went in to pick up gummies for a friend with acute anxiety. i buy mine there, have been doing so for quite some time.. wanted to ask for a good intro gummy, she's struggling bad and that always helped me. Unfortunately the short young man did not help me or offer any suggestions. He was defensive and short in stature, only held up 2 brands (that I buy) and said that's it. So ... when i asked him if they were phasing out gummy inventory (in case i need to go look for her elsewhere).. he got even more upset. gaslighted me as the problem. I am not a teenager or a young adult. I work on Ocean Ave in a very busy place. Find him disrespectful and unknowledgeable when real questions are asked. And I know the one guy left because of him. He told me directly. The ladies in there are top notch cool. and they know your preferences. It's a shame that I have to go somewhere else.. but then again, shops are opening all over. Including on Broadway, in Long Branch. They provide service!! And that boy sadly, couldn't care less. Whoever the owner is, just sayin. Cheers.

my favorite smoke shop in the area. joel always gets me together & helps me find exactly what i’m looking for. highly recommend
