Would be 1 star but they were very good in the past - just recently they seem to have stopped stocking the product I like (Twist Menthol No. 1), or are unorganized with their product ordering, or something. Used to never have an issue, 3 weeks ago I went in and they were out of stock. I purchased a menthol mixed at the store instead... not bad but not the same. Ended up going to East Brunswick location to get my brand. Today, went back here figuring they'd be restocked... this time not only is Twist out of stock but also the store brand menthol not even available. Had to go back to East Brunswick, they had the Twist but in a lower mg than I usually get. Better than nothing I guess but don't be surprised if I simply start ordering online and stop patronizing these stores.

My original review of Raphy stands, and my complaint seems to have been resolved. I have not had problems with the stocking of merchandise and the single flavor that I use has been in stock for months now. I do buy my coils at a different location, but this local business has been doing their best to keep up with their demand and I feel that I have to give credit where it's due. Any poor review could potentially hurt a business and when the issue is resolved, more often than not the poor reviews are left up. This store is well staffed by knowledgeable people who ask questions and give advice. Their stock has a lot of variety and their store is always clean. They have also expanded their offerings and the prices are reasonable.

Went in for a new vape device and left very happy. I needed something where the pods were more accessible cause my prior devices pods are only available online. That is a problem when you run out lol. Mark & Stephanie were very helpful and extremely friendly. They schooled me on the devices and I was able to narrow down my selection. Definitely a great environment and I'm looking forward to coming back! Thanks guys!

The staff is always attentive and willing to help, plus they never treat you like they know more than you. They just want you to get what’s best for you. It kind of feels like an Apple store in that regard. The prices are always the best, the stock is pretty much full all the time, and if you need help with repairs they will try everything they can to fix something before you ever have to buy a new unit. Thanks for being the ‘good guys’. Boom.

Great shop. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was from out of time the first time I visited and now when I come back to the area this is the only shop I go to. Even better than at home. They are super kind and accommodating to the needs of their customers. A+ all the way. If you haven't checked them out, what are you waiting for?
