Finally found a real hookah shop! This is nothing like the typical smoke shops you see everywhere. They carry high-quality hookahs and an amazing selection of premium tobacco. Highly recommend!

Perfectly serviceable hookah delivery company. They have all the best flavors and their prices are competitive. Their charcoal selection could be better and delivery takes a while.

I chose 5 stars based on quality, price, and delivery method. Can’t be happier with the product, everything made so good, the materials that has been used - I don’t think that I’ve ever had this experience at the hookah places 🤷🏻‍♂️ I also bought tobacco and in this case I had to consult with them online - they recommended me some and also sent a link to watch the video that would help me with my decision.

Definitely one of the best , if not the best selection of hookahs and tobaccos. Nice, high-end store with reasonable prices and educated, expert-level sellers.

They almost never pick up the phone. Even when I place an order, it takes me a while to reach them to pick up my order. It says they’re open from 12pm on their website and 1pm on google but none of it is true. I drove for an hour today just to see the closed door as usual. Absolutely terrible customer service! P.S. Answer to Smoxygen: in that case, “in-store shopping” or “in-store pick up” options should be removed from Google or the relevant information should be added to the website. Also, phone number should be available to be reached for the customers. Otherwise, it’s just spreading misinformation.
