I was a loyal customer here for years and even brought countless friends to this shop. That’s why this experience was such a slap in the face. I bought a vape that had dead insects inside I even ended up swallowing one before realizing what was happening. When I took the brand new device back to show the seller, he brushed me off completely. His excuse? That “ants are attracted to sugar,” as if that explained roach looking bugs coming out in pieces. What shocked me even more was that he refused to refund me the $20. Didn’t know $20 would hurt a business like that, especially from someone who’s supported them for so long. It’s not about the money it’s about the lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer health and safety. After this, I’ll never shop here again, and I’ll make sure my friends know to steer clear too.

Excellent vape shop they have everything loose tobacco, tubes, if you roll your own cigarettes lots of vape juices and sub ohm coils prices are way cheaper that the other shop I used to go to. staff is very friendly and if they dont have what you want they will order it for you 5 stars across the board

Terrible customer service! Complete amateur, been spending close to $600 a month in this shop but today the guy handed me the wrong item after I showed a box with exactly what I wanted, once I roomed the package I realized it wasn’t the same product so immediately walked back in, I do understand I’ve opened the package but good customer service would have toke responsibility and offered some kind of resolution, well not in this shop, don’t aspect any kind of kindness, no more buying vapes here for my entire family. I offer the pay the difference but no budge from little Karen

Walked in for a Lava plus disposable and some hookah flavor and walked out with 8 other items and a smile on my face . Best prices in the area, and customer service was splendid. Amazing selection of flower, vapes and gummies cheaper than the dispensary for same or better quality that is very budget friendly.
