If you’re looking for nicotine vape. This place has been for awhile very low on any kind. This specific store at least. Not a lot to offer. Sucks because now I have to go to a worse one who has plenty to offer for vape.

Me and my husband just moved to New Jersey about a year ago and we have been looking for a new vape shop and we finally found one we love. Been to 15 plus in a year and we found our new home fav shop. We are now going to be regular customers. We went in last night to buy new vape mods, juice and Britney at puff & pipe was extremely helpful. Britney has amazing customer service and she sure goes the extra mile for her customers. She gave us amazing options and she cared enough to find us good products that will last and not give us issues. Britney treated us amazing. Thank you Britney for Amazing service and because of you we will be back on a regular. Highly recommend puff & pipe. And they have great options. FYI to Britney’s bosses ( she needs a promotion and raise because Britney had great management skills. )

This is honestly the best location I went to by far the people are so nice and helpful but my fav is Sam she is amazing!!!! Very sweet and helpful I like to try new products that they get in and I give her my reviews on them. Can’t tell you enough how Sam is the greatest there lol she is so easy to talk to specially if you’re having a bad day. And the new pen she suggested for me is amazing!!!!!! Only need to take 2 hits off it and I’m done lol

Very weird environment never used to be that way the new set of employees they have are very confrontational you pretty much have to fight every time you go in and have an argument I would think with it being a smoke shop they would be in a better mood I'm done dealing with that store I rather go to a corner store then keep giving them my money too nasty find better employees that want to work there. I also came in with my daughter who is under 21she walks in with me he made her go outside before he'd sell me anything because he said she was under 21. Now the rules are the rules but you going Wawa you go in the liquor store you don't have to be 21 unless you're buying something he told me unless she was a young child I couldn't have her in there with me. What kind of sense does that make so I can have my young child in there but my 19-year-old child had to go outside

Samantha was amazing from the moment that I walked in and I’m so glad you open at 11 because I needed to stop On my way to work. She really gave me the best customer service start to finish and gave me the happiest start to my day! Thanks Sam def my new go to store just for the service.
