Extremely helpful and knowledgeable sadly they didn't have everything i was looking for but I was sent to a different puff city that they knew would have what I was looking for. Kind and friendly staff

Awesome staff, cool store with cool product, thank you guys for your service.

Dee is the BEST!! Her helpfulness and cheery personality has made this spot my bf and i’s favorite. We only come here now for what we need. 🫶

They have the brands I like and for a good price too! 5 stars!

DENNIS IS THAT GUY. Give this man a raise, immediately. He went above and beyond — broke everything down for me, showed me the ropes, and made the whole visit feel easy. I pulled up to Puff City Smoke Shop after a TikTok event just to see what the hype was about… and YES, it’s real. They got EVERYTHING. This spot is legit. Ask for Dennis. 📍 @Iszbay_Tts #CT visiting #NJ
