Stopped into Smoke Topia and had a great experience, largely thanks to Nicole. She really knows her stuff and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. It’s rare to find that level of product knowledge and genuine customer service these days. Clean shop, great selection, and Nicole is a total pro. Five stars!"

I had such a positive experience! The young woman at the counter was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. She introduced me to a new brand and product that I absolutely love. I truly appreciated her understanding and kindness—excellent customer service!
