Bought a hot knife on Sunday, but it didn't work when I got home. I called and was told they couldn't do a refund or exchange, but they decided to do an exchange for me and I went back there on Tuesday, luckily, the same salesman who helped me Sunday was there. He was super accommodating and went ahead and exchanged it, testing the new one for me before I left. His sales game was so good that he even convinced me to buy a Yocan Heat Vision, which he also tested! I went in just for an exchange and ended up leaving with another item. Appreciate the great service! 👏

Man I got the Raz by recommendations. I came looking for the funky republic but they were sold out. But these Raz are dope and so smooth and great tasting. Do not go here, I bought glass from here and the person behind the counter did know the price. So one was made up, I looked it up later and charged me 47.00 for 20.00 glass. They should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible business practice.
